Focus
As an independent Interim Manager, Katja Staartjes carries out assignments at senior management level. She focuses specifically on operations, project management, and services within large organizations, and general management within small organizations.

Experience
In the course of her management positions in quality control, logistics, production and services, Katja Staartjes acquired considerable experience of complex change management projects related to reorganization and company mergers (see also Portrait). This knowledge and expertise is further developed in her work as an Interim Manager. Katja has completed the following projects in various companies in the Netherlands in recent years:
